Securities evaluation of VATECH stated that the export is growing after the success in German market..

 

“VATECH conducts a very aggressive marketing campaign in the dental equipment market” according to a report by Ji Hyun Kim, a security analyst. The report also noted “the product development cycle is short and the technical competency is on a par with its competitors.”

 

“VATECH product lines are supported by broader software integration capability compared to its competitors such as Sirona, Planmeca, and Kavo. The product design is compact and multi functional with reasonable price point which offers a competitive edge.” According to analyst.

 

“However, its brand recognition is low in European market. After 3 years of export, VATECH claimed 30% of German market in 2008, Kiwoom’s Securities estimated. It’s the second place after Kavo''''s 35% market share and 10% higher than Sirona (20%).

 

"VATECH will focus on its brand power with an aggressive marketing spending and distinguish itself with the introduction of PaX-Duo3D and PaX-Primo targeting mid-low level end market, while targeting higher and market segment with PaX-Zenith3D after the second quarter of this year.” According to  analyst.
